A little break...
Do you ever feel as though you're juggling a lot of things at once?
Or that you have a lot on your plate?
I've been feeling a bit like that lately.
So I've decided to have a bit of time out
to catch up on things, take time to smell the roses and rejuvenate.
It wont be a long break, just a couple of weeks.
And then I'll be back as fresh as a blue mountain daisy.
Until then, have fun and craft lots!

Have a good rest...we'll be here when you come back! I hope everything is okay?
ReplyDeleteThat is such a good idea, sometimes, if you have a lot on, blogging can feel like a chore rather than fun. Have a good rest, recharge your batteries, we will all be here when you get back. Xoxox

ReplyDeleteI know exactly where you are coming from. Sometimes "time out" needs to be called. Enjoy your little bloggy break. Take care. BTW, I just love your little vignettes. I'd have been very nervous stacking them up.
ReplyDeleteI often feel embattled. But I don't announce it to the world in such an imaginative way ;-) I just quietly slip away. No one yet has made a comment.....
ReplyDeleteEnjoy ! Hope to see you back soon, but most important, take your time :-)
ReplyDeleteOh yes - I started trying to schedule some 'sit down' time, as opposed to running from one thing to another. Or ten things to ten things. I am glad you are taking a break. Don't come back until you are refreshed and yearning to share some more of your wonderful creativity with us! I LOVED all of these photos (but my favourite is your lovely pink elephant trumpeting the flower!). Happy resting!

ReplyDeleteI take accidental breaks and don't blog for a MONTH! Crikey. Spank me!
Enjoy your breather and thanks for the cool photos.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet, playful, gentle way to let us all know you be having a wee break. Have a restorative break from the interwebs...it can mess with your inner calm very easily but it creeps up all quiet like. Best of luck balancing plates on teacups on ornaments...we'll all be here when you get back. Peace.
ReplyDeleteenjoy - I'm taking a little one too
ReplyDeletehope you are back soon, rested and refreshed.
have the best time ever!!!
ReplyDeleteI'll miss you - but I totally get it. I have to do that from time to time. I find that I clear my plate and then it takes me about a week to fill it back up!! You do a better job - clear it, enjoy it, and keep it that way. :)
ReplyDeleteYou have a lovely break and get up to all sorts of mischief while you can!!!

ReplyDeleteHope you're feeling refreshed - missing you! x
ReplyDeleteEWWWWWWWWWW you have a pink elephant, mine is yellow and I call him Ollie after the olliphants in The Lords of the Ring. At least they are called olliphants in the Icelandic books. I use Ollie to refill my iron as needed.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for leaving me a comment. Your kind words encourage me to keep sharing my work and stories.
