Happy Easter!
Here's the Easter Bunny singing "Happy Easter to Everyone! "
On Friday we upheld our annual tradition of home made hot cross buns. Extra fruity and lots of cinnamon! Delicious!!
On Saturday I sewed!
The Easter Bunny brought us eggs on Sunday.
Easter eggs are so pretty, don't you think..
I couldn't resist playing...
A friend gave me hand dyed eggs... and memories of making these when I was a little girl.
I received the most beautiful hand woven scarf from Gbf.
The back is as pretty as the front.
and he took me out for lunch...
It's been a wonderful Easter...
Wishing you a magical Easter too.

ReplyDeleteYes it was a wonderful Easter! I'm just in from my third Bruce Springsteen concert! We had a ball!
ReplyDeleteIt seems "sew" strange that your Easter Sunday is over and I'm just beginning mine. No Easter eggs in our house this year, my granddaughters are 6 hours away and I like Cadbury eggs too much. I don't buy them though...well I got one..HEHE Your Gbf is super sweet, the scarf is beautiful and the food is, well, picture perfect. That looks like a passion flower, very fitting for Easter !

ReplyDeleteHappy Easter to you too! Looks like you have had a wonderful time. My son had a wonderful time waking up to find the Easter Bunny had come and left a trail of eggs for him. He wakes pretty early so he did the hunt via torch light.

Sounds idyllic - we helped my folks ram star posts into the ground and mark out fence posts at 5 m intervals. The kids hunted for eggs in Mum's flower pots!
