Its a family favourite), Lisa (Gabe's cousin picked that one) and Rose (Gabe picked this one). I was surprised by his name choice thinking it would be more boy like. There are definitely foxes around here too. People have told me they have seen them. Enjoy your eggs. I grew up on my Nan and Pop's eggs. Yumm. My other grandparents had chooks too and I remember having to get one ready for dinner occasionally. Not my preferred activity. yep I did find it hard to eat.Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04299378413584319405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5775865396645690199.post-83030190752414629922014-04-21T12:10:14.329+10:002014-04-21T12:10:14.329+10:00Your birds are so pretty! All the kiddies are in bed now, but I will make sure I show them Ginger Fluff and Maybellene in the morning - they'll love reading about them and seeing your fab photos. Your garden looks lovely! It's so funny that Ginger Fluff loves bananas. Our chickens love 'the white bucket' (aka an icecream container that we put our scraps in). If they see anyone holding a white container they dash over and almost climb up the person's leg. I love your little nest - such a great photo (and a great table centrepiece too!). BTW - I was just designing a pixellated flamingo quilt. You have flamingos as well as chickens!Jenetahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03619378781482679540noreply@blogger.com
