I've been paper piecing...


... lots of pretty fans!

I do have a layout planned... 

but I thought I'd play around...

and see what other patterns I could come up with.

You never know what ideas may be sparked

Fresh inspiration for other possible quilts. 

I would call this one Rainbow Serpent.

And this one Colour Wave.

I'm really enjoying these happy curves with all their possibilities...


 In fact you could say - I'm have a Fan-Tastic time!!   :)

I hope your sewing is making you smile too!

I really like the way your keeping the colors together for each fan. I'm anxious to see what you do with them. LOL the serpent design reminds me of the picture of you and that snake a while back !

I'm sitting in an airport, blog reading on my iPad and when I got to your page, your blocks jumped off the screen! They are fantastic, the freshest quilting project I've seen all summer. I love the snake version, but am sure whatever you decide on will be quite wonderful!
